Are You Still Going To Be on our List?

Your dues are due. If you do not send them either to John Ulrich or the National organization, this will be your last newsletter. We do not want to cast you adrift to deal with a world of Sports Utility Vehicles in a Little British Car without the support of numbers. However, it would not be fair to our paying members to carry you without you doing your fair share. So please remember to pay your dues and to continue the pleasant association with the Flatwater Austin Healey Club.

Upcoming Events

Fish in March

Fish in March will be the 31st at Frank's Tree House in Bellevue on Railroad Street. For those who are uneasy of driving there on your own, we will meet at the Southeast Community Parking Lot (about 84th and O) and will leave from there at 6:00 P. M. Steve Espelund, who grew up in Omaha, will be the "Trail Boss" to be sure that we get to the right place.

Ice Cream

Ice Cream will be in Lincoln at the Baskin-Robbins 1 block south of 70th and Pioneers in Lincoln, Thursday, April 13th, at 7:30. It is getting far enough into April that it is proper LBC driving weather.

Breakfast

Breakfast will be at Mahoney State Park April 8th at about 9:30. One of the attendees in March arrived sans hood. Lets see how many others can show up topless in April.

April Fish

April Fish will be the 28th at Franks Tree House in Bellevue.

So, Just How Fast Does Your Car Really Run?

The following is the SCCA events schedule for the year2000. Of special interest to some of us are the Solo II events (autocross). We have been attempting to organize such an event for the past few years and the various schedules have been in conflict at every step of the way. As one member stated at the Annual St. Paddy's Day Party, why should we reinvent the wheel? If they are doing it lets just take advantage of it.

More events may be added throughout the year.
